My client who is based in Whiteley is currently looking for a Client Services Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

My client is a financial services company based in Whiteley.

**Description**

As the Client Services Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Providing an excellent level of service to clients
- Being responsible for the day-to-day administration for direct clients, relationship managers and external advisers
- Building effective relationships with customers, advisers and relationship managers
- Providing a level of technical support to advisers and relationship managers
- Processing new business as well as client withdrawals in a timely manner
- Creating investment proposals for potential new clients
- Error management, resolution, and root cause analysis

**Profile**

In order to be considered for the role you will:

- Have previously worked in a financial services business within pensions and investments
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive mindset
- Have the ability to work alone as well as in a team
- Be IT literate
- Be willing to learn, develop and ultimately progress
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to multiple deadlines, often autonomously with a strong attention to detail
- The ability to form successful professional relationships both internally and externally
