We are a Financial Advice intermediary specialising in wealth management, pensions, investments, mortgage planning & insurance advice.
We moved to the St. James’s Place network 4 years ago, we are now one of the fastest growing businesses in the FTSE100 network and already manage over £100m of client assets.
We are looking for somebody to join our busy Wealth Administration team.
The Wealth Administration team has just 4 people in its department but looks after 6 Financial Advisors.
The office is busy but has great facilities to relax (Pool Table, Dart Board, Break out area with TV, Basketball Court, Café, the ability to join the Office gym for a monthly cost and the company socialises regularly.
You will be mentored in your career by our Head of Wealth Management - Emma Nugent
Administrator will be sat with admin team full time. The job will be office based, we do not work from home.
You will be an important member of the team providing administration support for the Wealth Administration Department.

Job Role will include the following duties;
- Providing administrative support across the business
- Maintaining and adding data to the back-office IT system
- Answering the telephone
- Scanning, photocopying and verifying documents
- Chasing providers for case updates
- Liaising with clients
- any other administration or support as required
Full Training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability. Financial Services administration experience is preferable but not compulsory.
You’ll become an important team member providing valuable administration support.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
