My client are an independently owned waste management company including both domestic and industrial customers. As a Coordinator, you will be supporting the team providing administrative support.
**Job duties**
- Data entry on Xeres, Word and Excel spreadsheets.
- Provide support to management team, completing weekly KPI’s, getting involved in depot projects and keeping to deadlines.
- Ensure all incoming invoices are coded, signed, and sent for payment promptly.
- Provide administrative support on ad hoc tasks as requested.
- Ensure confidentiality within all tasks.
- Take ownership of customer orders and distributing to relevant sections of the business; customer queries, acting on them accordingly; and, driver requests and queries.

- Providing quotes
- Raise work tickets
- Extensive administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate, experience of MS Office
- Results orientated, delivers to deadlines
- Excellent team working skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and with external customers
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
