Service Administrator

We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our service team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve service targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update service and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure service targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
**Qualifications**:
- _Minimum National 5 pass in Maths and English or equivalent, but not essential (based upon work experience)_
- _Any Administrative Qualifications advantageous_
**Key Competencies**:
- _Willing learner and ability to handle urgent situations professionally_
- _Good computer literacy is essential with knowledge of Microsoft Office suites_
- _Hands on experience with CRM software_
- _Good understanding of Supplier and Customer Invoicing Processes_
- _Previous collaborative working with Workshop Technicians advantageous_
