**About Our Client**:
As the Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Working closely with the UK Brand Manager
- Processing customer orders and preparing shipments
- Checking order balances and discount levels for customers
- Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
- Processing returns.
- Provide cover and administrative support across Procurement Departments.

**The Successful Applicant**:
In order to be considered for the role you will:

- Have previously worked in a similar role providing first class customer service
- Have a strong administrative background and be comfortable using MS Excel on a daily basis to update spreadsheets
- Be able to work using your own initiative
- Be a team player
- Be able to work in the office full time
