As an Office Administrator at Hi-Tech Property Services, you will be responsible for delivering administrative assistance to both our office and field operations. Your key tasks will include:

- Answer incoming calls to the business/helpdesk and action accordingly.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Assisting in office procedures and functions.
- Raising quotation requests.
- Updating jobs on the inhouse system where required.
- Experience of answering and dealing with phone calls within a very fast paced office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and works accurately.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

You will work 40 hours per week and be paid £24,000 per annum. D.O.E.

Your hours of work to be 8am - 5pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
