**JOB BRIEF**

Studbolt Scotland Limited are a stockist & distributor of fasteners to the Petrochemical and Oil & Gas industries. We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team based in Grangemouth. The position is on a part-time, permanent basis working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Document control relating to sales orders & stock
- Checking and processing purchase invoices
- Reconciliation of customer and supplier statements
- General Admin Duties & Filing
- Booking Couriers and Expediting deliveries
- Answering and directing mainline telephone calls

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills & ability to work calmly under pressure
- Computer literate with experience of MS Office and preferably Sage Accounts software
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly numeracy
- Previous office admin experience
- Ability to work well as part of a team

**WORKING HOURS**

25 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-2pm

**SALARY**

£11.50 per hour (£14,950 per annum)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
