Job Overview:
We are seeking and experienced Project Office Administrator for a part time/temporary project-based role in Grangemouth FK3 8UB

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the project managers with the preparation of documentation

Perform data entry tasks to update project information

Manage office correspondence and communications

Be on hand to support with in-house monthly meetings, organising catering

Knowledge of Microsoft Office for document management

Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures

Ability to computerise data accurately and efficiently

Typing proficiency to handle documentation effectively

General administrative duties within the Construction Department and assisting site/office staff with enquires

Monitor receipt of delivery notes from site teams and escalate to head office

Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.

About Us - Established in 2000 as a H, S & E and Training Consultancy, Advance Group UK Ltd has expanded to also provide Specialist Construction related services to its existing and new clients in the Gas, Oil, Mechanical, Civil, Process and Pipeline Sectors

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
