We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at Iconic Resourcing. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in HR administration while working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract position based in Grangemouth. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including managing HR communications, assisting with payroll and reporting, and maintaining data records.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and implement best practices in HR administration.

  • Coordinate training and development programs

About You

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong communication and organizational skills. You should have excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
