Sonomatic are currently looking to recruit experienced Project Administrators based in our Grangemouth office providing administrative support to the Management Team, Coordinators and Supervisors.
- Previous experience within a similar role preferred.
- Previous office/administrative experience
- Good use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A willingness to always use their initiative.
- Day to day duties include, but are not limited to,
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support Contracts, Clients and Sonomatic Team
- Assisting with Project Preparation
- Co-ordination with HR re sickness, leave etc.
- Ensuring Required Trackers are maintained.
- Ensuring Personnel certification is maintained & booking courses.
- Booking Accommodation & Travel
- Recruitment of ad hoc personnel
- Collating project documentation.
- Providing general administrative and technical support
- Completing other administrative tasks required.
- Have previous experience in a similar position.
- Be a critical thinker with the ability to solve problems.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to liaise effectively at different levels of the business.
- Have strong IT skills.
- Be able to work to strict deadlines while prioritising their workload

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to £25,312.50 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
