An excellent position has arisen for a successful and motivated Administrator. Safequip Ltd the leading supplier of water rescue equipment to the most demanding customers including Fire and Rescue, Law Enforcement and Water Rescue teams not only in the UK but also Worldwide. This role would suit a talented individual with a hands on approach, ideally have experience of working within a similar sales, customer service or procurement related role
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to general enquiries/quote requests
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delay or problems
- Maintain regular contact with customer accounts
- Process web order and enquiries
- Problem solving to ensure customer/client satisfaction
- Provide administration support to the sales managers
- Liase daily with warehouse operative/service technicians
- Generate/implement sales and marketing promotions
- General office administration duties
Experience in Sageline 50 would be preferable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
