Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for a Temporary Accounts Administrator to join our client, based in the Grangemouth area. This is a temporary role for 6 weeks to provide cover for sickness leave.

This is a full time office based role working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

You will be working as part of a business Accounts team where you will be providing administrative support including:

- Receiving invoices and inputting the data onto the system
- Ensuring all information is accurate
- Advising line Manager of any discrepancies you find
- Uploading documents onto the system
- Filing manually and on the system

You must be available immediately and will have experience from working in a similar role. Due to the nature of this position you must be able to work accurately and within agreed timescales. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel is essential for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 weeks

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
