Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Conduct data entry accurately and efficiently, create job sheets
- Analyse customer needs to offer appropriate solutions
- Utilise phone etiquette to handle customer interactions professionally
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Handle bilingual customer inquiries effectively
- Provide information required by engineers e.g. details of next job
- Assign jobs to engineers, taking account of geographical location and technical skills
- Send customers maintenance agreement proposals and schedule in maintenance visits
- Maintain filing system, open incoming post and prepare outgoing post
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to analyse information and provide suitable solutions
- Skilful in phone etiquette and handling customer queries professionally
- Capability to upsell products or services to enhance sales
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
