We are now hiring and looking for the right person to join us at Service Graphics, the UK’s largest integrated print and design company as a Customer Service Representative based at our city centre location in London, EC4R.
- About the role _

We aim to give our customers a great experience every time they contact us, so we need someone who is a great communicator and enjoys resolving enquiries. You will support the Project Manager with any queries relating to projects from start to finish.

We continue to prioritise customer satisfaction and help our teams to develop the knowledge and skills to give great service. Delivering the right solutions is our priority - the key is to make our customers feel valued and to show that we have their best interests at the heart of everything that we do.

The role attracts paid overtime, as required.
- What skills you’ll need:_
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Account Management roles
- Clear and confident communication skills both verbally and written
- Proactively working to multiple deadlines for various clients, whilst under pressure
- General office administration experience
- Excellent organisation skills, a methodical working style with high attention to detail
- A good understanding of large format print, production processes and materials

**Salary**: £21,673.60-£25,000.00 per year
