**Position**: Customer Service Representative
**Location**: London
**Essential Functions**:
- Promptly deal with customer's prize claims
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution to their concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issue follow-up communication.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Assist in the daily operation of the office by assisting with scheduling appointments, processing orders, and general office duties.
- Maintain a high level of organisation of your activity
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related setting preferred.
- Strong written communication skills; must be professional and warm towards customers.
- Ability to multi-task; work independently; work with limited supervision.
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to understand verbal, written, and diagram instructions.
**Salary**: £23,235.00-£25,297.00 per year

**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
