We are **seeking** someone with **customer service and/or** **operations experience** to join a new healthcare contract launching in South East London.

**What you’ll do**:

- **Liaising with driving teams** and managers to **allocate work**
- **Updating** **Contract Managers** of any **service **issues
- **Build** and **maintain strong relationships** with clients and colleagues

**What you’ll need**:

- **B2B customer service** experience (preferred)
- Flexible working hours (Weekends Included)
- Excellent **communication skills** both **written and verbal**
- Good **IT skills including Excel and MS Office Suite**
- The ability to **work independently** and as **part of a team**

**Hours**:Shift pattern is 08:00AM - 18:30PM (Flexible hours, Weekends required )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.35 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
