About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Complaints Investigator to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality responses that meet regulatory standards and provide excellent customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of complaints from start to finish and conducting thorough investigations.
  • Providing expert guidance to facilitate swift resolutions and delivering high-quality responses.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure fair and impartial complaint resolutions.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions and updates related to complaints in the CRM system.
