Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service IT Professional to join our team at Getting In Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through effective issue resolution and communication, and will work closely with the End User Support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle support tickets for SharePoint and ICT issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand SharePoint needs and implement suitable solutions.
  • Provide in-person and virtual support to staff, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration and end-user support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
