Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team as a Telephone Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling incoming calls, and working towards achieving individual and company sales targets.

You will have previous experience within a customer service or sales team and be IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email. Your excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service will be essential in this role.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 basic plus commission (OTE £36,000 in Year 1), free parking, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Handle incoming calls and resolve client queries
- Work towards achieving individual and company sales targets
- Develop product knowledge and monitor activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
