Job Description

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our IT team to provide top-notch support to our customers, resolving their technical issues efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing customer queries, escalating complex issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
- Continuously develop your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
