Helpdesk Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Magenta Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Answering calls, emails, and other queries from clients, facilities managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Allocating work, planning, and scheduling engineer diaries.
- Preparing and issuing quotations for building maintenance works.
- Performing general administration tasks, such as data entry and updating systems.
- Monitoring and updating outstanding jobs, creating and updating site log books, and issuing purchase orders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Numerical and literary accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to cope under pressure.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, coupled with a sense of humour.
The salary for this role is £27,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes 22 days of annual leave, a company-matched pension scheme, private healthcare, and sick pay.
