About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Magenta Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering calls, emails, and other queries from clients, facilities managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Allocating work, planning, and scheduling engineer diaries.
  • Preparing and issuing quotations for building maintenance works.
  • Performing general administration tasks, such as data entry and updating systems.
  • Monitoring and updating outstanding jobs, creating and updating site log books, and issuing purchase orders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Numerical and literary accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to cope under pressure.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour, coupled with a sense of humour.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £27,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes 22 days of annual leave, a company-matched pension scheme, private healthcare, and sick pay.
