We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished ServiceNow Managed Services Director to join our team in this key leadership role. As a member of our Services Leadership Team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for our Managed Services function. This exciting opportunity allows you to drive business growth, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in leading high-performance teams, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for setting and delivering against priorities that align with our business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. Your expertise in managing budgets, costs, and pricing for managed services will be invaluable in driving financial performance and achieving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a team through coaching and performance management
- Build strong client relationships and work collaboratively with account managers to identify and fulfill new business opportunities
- Set and deliver against strategic and tactical priorities that align with business objectives
- Ensure estimates are validated and reviewed according to an agreed best-practice approach
- Support sales and account management in pre-sales activities, including client meetings and proposal development

Requirements
- 5-10 years of operations management experience leading high-performance teams
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience managing budgets, costs, and pricing for managed services
- ITIL, Prince2, ISO9001, ISO20000-1 certification or equivalent experience working in a process-driven organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven ability to work tactically and perform strategically, with a focus on delivering business outcomes and driving growth
