### Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This position requires proficiency in office administration tasks, strong computer skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
## Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide support to other team members as needed
## Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Office administration: Experience in performing various administrative tasks in an office setting.
- QuickBooks: Familiarity with using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Data entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Organizational skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in using computer software programs for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Clerical skills: Knowledge of general clerical procedures such as filing, record keeping, and document management.
- Typing skills: Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Phone etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £10.80-£12.40 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
