**IFA ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION**
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs and clients, including handling correspondence, managing client files, and preparing documentation.
- Coordinate client meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are prepared in advance.
- Liaise with product providers and third-party agencies to obtain information and resolve any administrative queries.
- Produce client annual review reports and valuations
- Process investments, fund switches and illustrations
- Effectively liaise with product providers
- Maintain accurate client records and update relevant systems and databases using Intelligent Office
- Manage diary system within Intelligent Office to monitor and progress chases as appropriate
- Assist other team members when necessary
- Adhering to compliant guidelines
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using Intelligent Office - although not necessary
- Knowledge of financial products, investment platforms, and industry regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
