Are you ready to play a pivotal role in empowering our delivery teams and elevating our delivery model? Join us as a Delivery Administrator, where you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless access to our Interactive Online Workshops (IOWs) and face-to-face sessions for all learners.
**Daily duties will include**:
- Serve as the primary contact for IOW bookings and streamline the booking process to deliver a top-notch user experience.
- Manage Adult Education Budget (AEB) enrollments and be the go-to person for learner inquiries, ensuring efficient and professional support.
- Monitor attendance logs, handle booking procedures, and facilitate rebooking of cancellations onto suitable IOWs.
- Collaborate with Vocational Trainers and Area Managers to advocate for IOW usage and enhance engagement.
- Utilise Eventbrite for managing bookings, commercial courses, and workshops, while maintaining the system and generating insightful reports for analysis.
**About You**:
We’re looking for an organised and efficient individual with the following skills and experience:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within a Training organisation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the HIT delivery model and funding regulations.
- Enthusiastic about delivering excellence and improving processes.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying areas for enhancement.
- Proficient in business systems with a passion for their development.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic work environments.
