As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, **_Cotswold Outdoor_**_ _**is joined by **_Runners Need_**_ _**and **_Snow + Rock_**_ _**to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability

**How will you make an impact?**
- Managing the distribution of products from suppliers to Northern and Southern Irish stores and providing support to regional and store teams as required
- Inputting initial allocation setup
- Liaising with suppliers to set up the delivery process from suppliers to stores
- Reviewing weekly sales and stock and creating orders to replenish sales
- Monitoring fragmentation at store level and taking action to mitigate
- Supporting the Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandiser in the trading of allocations
- Managing store and warehouse queries
- Deputising for the Branch Merchandiser/Assistant Merchandiser
- Supporting the Merchandiser in specific projects that drive continuous improvement within the department and wider Merchandising function
- Please note this role is 40 hours per week._

**You’ll fit right in if you have**:

- Experience working as an Allocator or Merchandising Administration Assistant
- Good communication skills with the ability to influence across different teams
- Experience managing processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Good numerical and analytical skills
