**HR Administrator + WFH (Fully remote) + £24k + 33 days holiday (inc BH) + Excellent company benefits**
We are working with a market leader who are experiencing significant growth and as such they having an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
This will be a varied role within a busy HR function, where the main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Supporting the HR Manager with employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures and systems
- Generating all HR correspondence to internal and external stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining HR database with employee information, including new starters, leavers and changes in employment status
- Maintaining employee records efficiently and accurately and ensure compliant with all confidentiality and data privacy regulations
- Managing the HR inbox, dealing with incoming and outgoing responses, escalating to the HR Manager as necessary
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding process, including posting job adverts, employee vetting (right to work and DBS checks), referencing, ordering IT equipment and exit interviews
- Coordinating monthly payroll changes, ensuring that the relevant data and documentation is passed to the Finance Team in a timely manner
- Reporting monthly on HR management information including absence, headcount and turnover
- Minute taking and administrative support in Employee Relations matters
- Responsible for managing DocuSign for all HR correspondence
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Supporting HR Projects as and when required
- Archiving in accordance with the GDPR guidelines
- Being responsible for information security and data protection and supporting the business in complying with any legal obligations imposed upon it through positive actions.
- Ad hoc administration for the Talent & People team as and when required

**Required Experience**:
- Proven experience in HR Administration or similar role, HRIS experience (beneficial)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
