Order Processing Administrator

We are looking for a Order Processing Administrator following two internal promotions within our Order Processing team.
Location: Remote / Warrington office
**Job details**:
As an Order Processing Administrator, you will work closely with Datel's Suppliers, Sales Teams and Project Management Teams to ensure orders are processed and managed in line with Datel's standards.
- What you'll do
You’ll provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Order Processing Manager & Team, learning and mastering internal processes and system such as Sage Intacct, InformCRM and Microsoft Office tools. Conducting necessary Credit and Legal Entity checks is also part of the role whilst collaboration with Suppliers, Sales, and Project Management teams is crucial.
You'll promptly address queries, complete daily checks, manage sales invoicing and purchase invoices, ensure meticulous maintenance of item codes and process daily sales and purchase orders with precision, adhering to Datel standards.
- What to bring
A good grasp of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Teams, is required. Prior experience with Sage Intacct, Yooz, and SalesLogix (InforCRM) is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided. While experience in a similar role is beneficial, a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial as thorough training will be provided as part of the onboarding process.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are needed to manage tasks efficiently whilst strong teamwork abilities and analytical skills will help to solve challenges effectively.
