**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervising Administrative Staff**: If there are other administrative staff members, the Office Administrator may supervise and coordinate their work.
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**: Managing the office calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments for the team members.
- **Facilities Management**: Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space, ensuring a safe and well-functioning working environment.
- **Inventory and Supplies**: Keeping track of office supplies, placing orders when necessary, and maintaining an inventory of equipment and materials.
- **Bookkeeping and Budgeting**: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and tracking office expenses.
- **Human Resources Support**: Assisting HR with various tasks, such as maintaining employee records, onboarding new staff, and managing vacation schedules.
- **Data Entry and Documentation**: Entering data into the system, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
- **Event Planning**: Organizing office events, meetings, workshops, or conferences.
- **Handling Correspondence**: Drafting and preparing official letters, memos, and other correspondence.
- **IT Support**: Providing basic IT support to staff, such as troubleshooting computer issues and liaising with the IT department when necessary.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensuring the office complies with health and safety regulations and conducting safety drills if needed.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Office Policies and Procedures**: Assisting in creating and implementing office policies and procedures.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Addressing conflicts and disputes among employees or escalating to higher management when needed.
- **Maintaining Office Equipment**: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of office equipment like printers, copiers, and computers.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining various records, such as attendance records, office expenses, and vendor contracts.
- **Security Management**: Monitoring office security systems and ensuring the safety of the premises.
- **Customer Service**: Assisting with customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
- **Ad hoc Tasks**: Handling various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.

**Salary**: £18,797.00-£20,160.00 per year
