Team Administrator

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized files and records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with clerical duties as needed
- Utilize computerized systems such as SAGE, Microsoft Office for various tasks
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite and QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
This is a paid position. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
Pay: £22,731.00-£24,650.00 per year
