**Salary**: Market Rate**Hours**: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday**Contract**:Temporary, initially for 6 months**Your role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager and the commercial team.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of commercial documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases with client information, pricing structures, etc.
- Handle correspondence with customers and internal departments.
- Support the sales process by generating reports, monitoring sales targets, and supporting with updating sales forecasts.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of regular reports on commercial activities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial business setting.
- Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis.
- A background in commercial or sales administration.
**Education**:
- A-Level qualifications or equivalent.
- Business Administration or relevant field certifications are a plus.
