**Overview**:
We are a healthcare start-up based in London made up of psychiatrists, psychologists, data analysts and engineers looking to grow our team.

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Administrator to join our team. The Clinic Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our psychiatry and psychology clinic by overseeing administrative tasks and providing support to staff and patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Oversee administrative functions including scheduling, billing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain electronic health records accurately and securely
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong organisational and clerical skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite and WriteUpp is a plus
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,022.55-£26,074.49 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
