Remote, United Kingdom Inspired Education Full time

Inspired Schools Online is part of the Inspired Education Group. Inspired is a leading global premium schools’ group, offering excellence in kindergarten to Year 13 education to over 50,000 students. Our international network of 70 schools, across 20 countries on 5 continents, delivers proven best practice from every corner of the globe - to ensure learning is world class.

Using state of the art digital technology, Inspired Schools Online operates two established divisions - Kings Interhigh, a non-selective fee paying online secondary school established in 2005 and Academy21 (A21), our B2B division serving other educational providers, schools, local authorities, and other public bodies.

Each week A21 supports more than 1,000 vulnerable pupils who, for a variety of reasons, are unable to attend mainstream secondary school. In any year we partner with and support over 500 schools and 30 local authority services to help them realise the best possible academic outcomes for young people who may be excluded or suffer from medical and complex mental health issues.

**The Role**

The position is within the A21 team and requires the management of a defined geographic area and set of client accounts. The role encompasses the day-to-day interaction with client mentors to support them through the student registration enrolment, course set up, timetabling as well as managing the billing process and will require regular remote (and occasional face to face) client contact to conduct performance and account reviews.
