**Are you an experienced Administrator with some knowledge of HR functions?**
**If so, you might be interested in our Shared Service Administrator role based within our colleague centric HR Function**
**Package**:£24,045 with excellent benefits including 25 holiday days (plus your birthday off) Paid day off for charity work, Group life assurance and pet insurance discount.
We are flexible in the location of this role, it can be based remotely within the UK, hybrid or based within our Amesbury office

**What you'll get up to as a Shared Service Administrator**
This role provides high quality administration support for the full colleague lifecycle to assist in a smooth running of the department and provide an outstanding people service for our colleagues and managers. The post holder will administer end to end life-cycle transactional people processes including (but not limited to) employment offers and contracts, leavers, changes to terms and conditions, parental leave and providing payroll support. You will have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy being one of the first point of contact to perspective colleagues, external vetting agencies, and internal stakeholders.
**What we look for in you**
- Skilled at using Microsoft Office software
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- A meticulous and conscientious approach, with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Ability to resolve issues proactively
- Ability to work collaboratively within team
- High level of honesty, integrity and ability to handle confidential data appropriately
- Previous HR admin experience preferable
