Remote, United Kingdom HR - Operations ER Full time

We are recruiting for a ER Advisor to support our HR Operations Team. Based from home, you'll be providing expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters to our Pub based Management teams including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. We are looking for somebody who has experience of Employee Relations, is approachable and organised and has a natural curiosity with the ability to get to the core of the issue. This role is remote with an element of travel therefore flexibility to travel across the UK will be required.

You will work very closely with our HR Business Partners by providing a full HR/ER Administrative support whilst assisting ER Advisors on more complex ER issues.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with management of long term sickness within the business by referring employees to occupational health in line with the absence management policy.
- Providing administrative support to HRBPs in organising meetings, sending invites, arranging hearings, preparing packs.
- Taking notes at investigation, disciplinary and grievance meetings as required.
- Assisting in ER Training.
- Ad hoc project involvement.
