Location: Hybrid - flexibility to work from home or at any of our main hubs (London, Bristol, Manchester and Harwell)

Our Licensing team here at Jisc are looking for an Administrator to provide support to a key programme of work. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, who would love to be involved in some key aspects of HR and recruitment, where your excellent organisational, data management and reporting skills will be highly valued.
About the team and your role:
The Licensing Review & Enhancement Programme
The way Jisc Licensing operates is changing; demand for our services is increasing, but team structures, processes and systems have not kept pace.
The Licensing Review and Enhancement Programme will create an environment that helps people do a great job and build rewarding careers. It will give our members a broader choice of vendor solutions - underpinned by data and intelligence, which they will access more simply, providing greater opportunity for revenue generation.
This role is a key part of the delivery team for the programme, in particular supporting the People workstream, which includes projects to enlarge the licensing organization structure and support effective learning and development.
The Licensing transformation Administrator role sits within the licensing team, but will provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the Licensing Review and Enhancement Programme for actions relating to people and HR- striving to deliver to the highest standards and getting things right first time.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting senior leaders create new job descriptions for programme roles, including sourcing existing examples, consulting with relevant experts across Jisc, and ensuring consistency.
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new roles, including drafting job adverts, raising recruitment requests through the ATR (authorization to recruit) system, working closely with the recruitment team in HR to enable the program to fulfil it’s recruitment activities.
- Supporting the People workstream lead for the programme with the design and implementation of an enhanced organization structure, including supporting staff transferring to new roles and role-matching, working closely with the HR partnership team and HR operations team to ensure that all are aligned
- Helping the People workstream lead to create bespoke onboarding and learning and development plans for individual licensing roles.
- Any ad-hoc administrative duties necessary to enable the people side of the workstream to be successful
Key Skills and Experience:
- Evidence of strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer

- Good communication skills including the ability to influence others and work effectively with diverse client groups
- Proficient with SharePoint and Office 365 (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
