- About the Role
- PRODUCT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- An opportunity has arisen for key administrative support to work alongside senior members of the Product team. This person will provide an efficient administrative service handling multiple requirements whilst liaising with key stakeholders across the wider business. You will be our cornerstone of ensuring systems are in place to monitor and track a variety of business requirements.
- Your Responsibilities- Help coordinate complex, global calendar scheduling across multiple teams and stakeholders;-
- Be a central source of expertise across administrative systems to enable the efficient monitoring and flow of information across the department - this will include:- Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order processing and tracking;-
- Progressing invoice payments and liaising with Finance to troubleshoot issues;-
- Global travel bookings and itineraries;-
- Expense processing;-
- Meeting room bookings / working closely with Facilities teams to ensure necessary support for any on-site meetings.-
- Assist with event planning, venue search and organisation; including sourcing restaurant venues for team dinners / offsites etc.-
- Assist with Powerpoint presentations and other written communications;-
- Provide support and coverage to SVPs whilst the Chief of Staff and/or Product Business Partner are on annual leave.-
- Assist with small adhoc projects as and when required.- Your Experience- Proven admin or assistant experience-
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - quick to learn and adopt different operating systems for admin functions;-
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work-
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
- Strong organizational and planning skills-
