Conveyancing Assistant

25 days standard holiday allocation plus 8 bank holidays with the opportunity to earn an additional 12 days based on performance related targets.

UK top 100 employer-We are looking for assistant property conveyancers (Fully remote UK/Europe or work from our North London office) - This role would be for somebody who is already a Trainee Conveyancer or a experienced Conveyancing assistant or Senior Paralegal.

**The role**
- Assist property conveyancers/partners.
- Train and gain experience on running a mixed full case load
- Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring that their needs are fulfilled to the best of your ability.

**Key skills requirements**
- 12 months experience in residential conveyancing
- A great communicator being able to build relationships with clients and third parties with efficiency and great customer service.
- Ability to prioritise and manage your own time
- Excellent problem solving and research skills
- Self-motivated and hardworking committed to develop yourself into the best person you can be
- Work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
