Healthcare Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide personal care to Service users, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare meals and light domestic tasks
- Support Service Users with mobility and transfers
- Communicate effectively with Service User, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate Service User's records using IT systems
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for Service Users
- Driving essential
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in home care or care homes is advantageous but not essential
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with Service Users and their families
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and documentation
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs.
