**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent personal care to customers in their day-to-day activities and fulfilling customer’s needs.
- Monitor and administer customer’s medication according to the prescribed schedules.
- Overseeing a team of health care assistants to provide support and guidance.
- Monitor and report any changes in customer’s physical and mental conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Complete spot checks to ensure the quality and compliance of care services.
- Work together with families to address concerns and provide updates on customer’s progress.
- Collaborate and communicate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to customer care.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Applicants must be caring, empathetic and dedicated.
- Excellent communication and an active listener.
- Good teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and others.
- Ability to supervise and oversee a team of health care assistants.
- Prior experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential.

**Key Requirements**:

- Valid driving license with access to own car.
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is desirable but not essential.
- Must have a right to work in the UK.
