We have a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic LMS Assistant (Learning management system assistant) to join our friendly L&D Team.
The Learning Management System (LMS) Assistant is responsible for supporting the Group Learning & Development Team in ensuring the Learning Management Systems are kept up to date with all colleagues training requirements and records of learning.
You will support the L&D Systems Manager to develop the training systems and the training materials on offer through our systems.

**What you'll be working**:
- Ensuring that our Learning Management system is kept up to date to ensure the smooth running of the booking schedule, compliance reporting and e-learning.
- Manage the learners on the LMS; enroll all new starters, archive leavers, support services to manage their suspended learners.
- Support the L&D Systems Manager to build the programmes for new services. Work with the service to ensure they have all learners on the system which must include their recognition of prior learning.
- Liaise with our 3rd party providers to ensure the smooth running of the systems.
- A contact for the services; system issues, course queries, new training requirements to be included on the system.
- Support the L&D Systems Manager to build, review and update the training matrices and training audiences.
- Preparing all necessary documentation required for the training courses. Saving/uploading documentation to the company system
- Support the Training Team to ensure cost efficiency in creation, production and delivery of training resources
- Train the services on the LMS so that they can run reports and deal with day to day queries for their colleagues.
- Attend and contribute to Team Meetings as required
- Maintain own knowledge and competence by undertaking appropriate continuing professional development
- Tasks and projects as determined by Training Manager
- Inform the Learning and Development Manager of any issues that are likely to adversely impact quality of client care and/or health and safety of employees
**What you'll have**:
- Experience within an administrative role
- Experience of working with Learning Management Systems desirable
- Experience of working with large amounts of Data
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A keen interest in how systems work
- The ability to work with and interpret data
- The ability to use a system to problem solve
- Adaptable and flexible approach to tasks
- Computer literate with good Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work with mínimal direct supervision
- This is a fast paced and varied role where you will meet lots of people. You will need to someone who can adapt to people and situations.
