**Systems Administration Support - Leading Children’s Movement & Development Gym**

**Remote: Monday-Friday (40 hours, initial 9 month contract)**

**Salary: Offering up to £27k**

We are supporting the recruitment for a Systems Administration Support to join an industry leading brand within the child fitness sector. We are looking for someone who is organised, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their customer service.

This role would suit someone with a curious mindset, a willingness to learn, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other Software as a service platforms. You will have experience in writing manuals, workbooks and template formats, as well as overall creativity in writing. The ability to work with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, and provide quality responses.

This role starts as a temporary support for a 9 month period, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for a team member who has the ambition and skills to grow into a bigger role within the company.

**Key responsibilities include;**
- Supporting the launch of new internal systems and the opening of new gyms
- Be a key element in excellent franchisee service for our existing gyms
- Writing manuals, toolkits, template document
- Project / Data-management support
- Be responsible for communications to the network of gyms, including newsletters, milestone announcements, gym openings, systems maintenance, etc
- Support the organisation of events
- Handling training registrations
- Answering inquiries from franchisees
- Working with the operations manager and external consultants on operations manual upgrades

**What you will need;**
- 1-3 years experience in customer service and/or data analytics roles
- Ability to work independently, well organised
- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle time-sensitive requests
- Enjoy working with data, strong attention to detail, and accuracy
- Good communication skills and the ability to listen
- Understand, and communicate clear solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
