**Responsibilities**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining reports, the CRM and all administration as required for the sales team.
- Respond to an agile team with additional responsibilities as required.
- Work under the supervision of the Sales Account Manager in the first instance responding to requests for information from the Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Director.
- Ensure all administration is up to date as needed.
- Liaise with other departments including Support and Tech Ops and at times, the Dev team.

**Key requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Data entry skills
- Strong teamworking skills.
- Basic knowledge of, and interest in SaaS (software as a service). Good IT skills and an interest in continuous development
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and ability to approach problems laterally
- Ability to work on own initiative

**Preferred**
- Experience working with/for GP practices or other healthcare providers
- Experience interacting with technical staff
- Experience with major patient management systems used in the UK healthcare industry (e.g. EMIS, TPP SystmOne).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
