**Who we need**
We are looking for a self-motivated, highly driven, and organized individual who understands the role of great administrative processes in our business. The position is aimed at providing comprehensive, effective, and efficient administrative support and coordination for the Business Team.

What you’ll do*
You will be working alongside various teams to support them in change implementation as we seek to improve the core of the business. We expect day-to-day responsibilities to evolve as the role becomes more established, but examples of current support needed:

- Maintain and process data
- Collection and Input of data
- Click-test enrolment links and other support around on-boarding of new cohorts
- Support the senior team to execute multiple short-term projects to drive change and improvement in the apprenticeship business
- Support the senior team in administrative tasks around scheduling trainings and team meetings and weekly reporting
- Ensure the Business Team receive clear and accurate information and are always kept informed
- Effectively drive performance excellence to ensure that business processes are achieved

**What we’re looking for**
- A team player who will take on challenges with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and solution-focused approach.
- Recent experience working in an office/administration environment
- Good IT Skills
- Good communication skills
- Organised, process driven and systematic thinker
- High attention to detail
- Experience on different systems like Salesforce (desired but not essential)
- Must be able to grasp and learning new online platforms in short space of time
- Comfortable working in a high paced, deadline driven environment
- Must be able to come to the Cape Town office at least 4 times a week
