We are looking for an experienced and passionate Onboarding Administrator to work as part of our Resourcing Team.

The Resourcing and Onboarding team are a crucial function in attracting and onboarding new employees into the charity and supporting the organisations growth.

The Resourcing team are responsible for managing recruitment processes working with hiring managers ensuring the organisation has the right talent in place.

The Onboarding team will ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees whilst ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations and internal policies. The team are also responsible for managing key relationships with recruiting managers, this includes regular meetings and providing updates with consistent communication.

**How you will make a difference**

The Onboarding Administrator role is a crucial part of the in-house Resourcing and Onboarding function. In this role you will be responsible for managing and delivering the day-to-day administration support and completing the relevant compliance checks for new starters.
- **Appointments will be at the minimum of the band.**
- **London Allowance is paid for roles that are based within the Greater London area only.**
