As a **SFU Deployment Supervisor** at Sodexo, you are not only an organised and influential team player, but you also play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless deployment of digital payment solutions across our education sector. You'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders, solve challenges with a 'can do' attitude, and establish excellent customer relationships.

Your work directly impacts the efficiency of school meal ordering systems, enhancing the experience for students and staff. Your role is essential to delivering high-quality service and fostering innovation within our organisation.

The role requires travel 2-3 days per week in term time.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage the end-to-end deployment process for digital payment solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding and efficient deployment.
- Conduct training sessions for school admin and kitchen staff, imparting knowledge on new systems and processes.
- Project manage deployment plans for large multi academy trusts, coordinating stakeholders and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records, including training materials and systems, and update training records on TEAMS.
- Collaborate with schools and local teams, coordinating training, communication, and technical setup.
- Problem-solve to ensure project management deadlines are met, and assist with administration tasks.
- Foster efficient communication and coordination between all stakeholders involved in the deployment process.
