**Programmatic Supervisor**

**Remote - US based only**

Join an independent full-service media planning and buying agency as a Programmatic Supervisor. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and leading programmatic strategy and planning across multiple accounts, delivering impactful recommendations to our valued clients.

**Role Overview - Programmatic Supervisor**:

- Oversee and manage programmatic workflows, from strategy to analytics
- Lead and manage the programmatic team, including meetings and relationships with partners
- Collaborate with other platform leads on holistic strategy and insights
- Evaluate and engage vendors to enhance programmatic capabilities
- Contribute to training and quality control for programmatic activities
- Translate client business objectives into programmatic goals
- Coordinate team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Contribute to new business projects as needed

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Over 5 years' agency experience in programmatic media role
- Proficiency in multiple DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon
- Familiarity with DoubleVerify and 3rd Party Data Partners
- Activation experience across programmatic media channels: CTV, Audio, DOOH, Display, Video, High Impact
- Experience with both B2B and B2C accounts, encompassing upper and lower funnel objectives
- Previous management experience as you will oversee direct reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and client interactions
- Ability to generate innovative ideas based on data analysis, digital marketing trends, and emerging brands/products
