Remote, United Kingdom Just Tenancy Cleaning Full time

Please note - this is a part time role, working from 0800-1200 every weekday, with one Saturday per week. There may be some overtime available also. You can be based anywhere in the UK, but you need to be available to work these hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll using our software (Bright HR)
- Manage new joiners, leavers, and deductions where applicable
- Maintain data analytics using excel/google sheets
- Monitor teams and bookings as overflow/support for the bookings coordinator.
- Do a daily reconciliation of the bank transactions on our system (Xero)
- Credit control functions, including weekly spreadsheets to major clients, and chasing individual invoices
- Using our accounting software to produce management accounts and other financial information

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar finance role
- The ability to demonstrate strong competence with Excel or Google suite
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as Sage or Xero would be a plus
- Experience with credit control would also be helpful

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12,000.00-£17,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 per week
