Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join the Payroll team on a FTC 12 month basis. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality operational payroll support to the business.
Your responsibilities will be to prepare and coordinate monthly payrolls, managing high-volume changes efficiently, ensure compliance with HMRC rules and regulations, execute reconciliations and submit accurate payroll reports in a timely manner, address and resolve employee queries and to work collaboratively within the payroll team to manage and coordinate over 25 different payrolls for The Ardonagh Group.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Deep knowledge and understanding Payroll processes, legislation, related practice, procedure and regulation
- Proven track record of operating with a high degree of organisation, efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrably effective communication skill underpinned by a strong customer focus
- Track record of having operated successfully in fast paced environment with the ability to drive and embrace change
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as both a self starter and as part of a team
- Wholly flexible and adaptable
