概要:

ホールセール・ツアー・オペレーターとして大成功を収めている英旅行会社が、ロンドンオフィスで日本人顧客担当のオペレーション・エグゼクティブを募集。日本人グループ向けの主要なツアーアレンジメント、アメリカ、カナダ、イスラエルなど、他の国籍のお客様も担当していただきます。

職務内容:
  • 顧客からの問い合わせに対応し、フォローアップ
  • 団体旅行を成功させるための綿密な旅程計画
  • 収益性の高いビジネス、持続可能な関係、効果的なサービスの開発を促進するため、社内外とのコミュニケーション、連絡、交渉
  • ビジネスの成長と顧客満足度を最適化するため、適切な提案を通じて既存顧客をサポート
  • データベースアプリケーションを使用した関連データの管理、整理、更新
  • 予約プロセスを円滑に進めるため、社内の各部署と緊密な連絡
  • キャンセル期限とオプション期限の厳守
  • 顧客からの請求書を作成し、アカウントチームと協力してアカウントに関する問い合わせや前払いを行う
  • 必要に応じて、旅程に沿ったサービス(コーチ、ガイド、レストランなど)を依頼・交渉
  • 必要に応じて、書面および口頭で顧客と日常的な連絡、フォローアップ
  • 利益率の維持と損益報告書の更新

募集要項:

  • 旅行業界またはホスピタリティ業界において、同様の職務経験が2~3年あること。
  • 日英両語に堪能で、日本文化を専門的に理解していること。
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人能力
  • 高い組織力とマルチタスク能力
  • 細部へのこだわりと品質へのこだわり
  • Microsoft Office Suite(Word、Excel、Outlook)に精通していること。
  • プレッシャーの中で働き、厳しい期限を守る能力。
  • 世界各地の旅行先やロジスティクスに関する知識があること。
